3.
Print and complete the Residential Loan Application

Complete the application in its entirety, including asset/liability
information

The application must be signed and dated by all parties to the
transaction

Note: The government monitoring information on page 3 must be
completed only for applications for purchases, refinancing,
construction-permanent, or home improvement loans. Do not
complete this information for original construction loans or any other
loan purpose.

Bring the following information with your application or have it
available upon request:

Signed purchase contract on home being purchased, if any.

Current pay stubs for all borrowers for past 30 days
-
Tax returns for previous three years, and if self-employed, include
current business financial statements

Bank statements for all deposit accounts for last three months

Include contact information so a loan representative may contact you
regarding the details of your application. You will receive
notification of your application decision as soon as possible. |
